The new TTG CE4 line of plugins now support sidebars. You can place the sidebar left or right and control the width of the main content area.
And just like the main page copy area, you can use whatever text you might have set up in your Publisher gallery template. I think I may try setting up an affiliate ad in the sidebar area just to see if it will work.
Right now, the sidebars come unstyled. I don’t know if Matt will be adding the ability for styling the sidebar, but it’s pretty easy to do on your own using custom css. The gallery I’ve posted here uses custom css to add the background color, padding, and border. If you want to add custom css, the selector is #secondary-content.
